Whole-Home Exterior Remodeling in Southeastern Pennsylvania
When your home's exterior needs more than a surface fix, we take a whole-system approach. Sperrin Construction can remove existing cladding when needed, assess underlying conditions, repair damaged components when they are found, address weather barriers and flashing, and reclad with siding, stone, brick, or a combination. We serve homeowners throughout the Newtown Square area and across Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Our Approach
Exterior Remodeling Done the Right Way
Exterior problems can look simple until the assembly is opened. Sperrin Construction has experience with moisture reaching the materials behind stucco, siding, stone, windows, and other exterior components, including work on relatively new homes.
We do not assume every project requires the same tear-down or repair scope. When conditions call for it, we remove exterior materials, evaluate plywood or sheathing and framing, repair damaged components, and rebuild the exterior system before the new finish materials go on.
Gavin and Richard Kelly stay close to active jobs and keep homeowners informed as the project develops.
